Selected shipping method and carrier
USPS Ground Advantage / First-Class: ~2–5 business days
UPS Ground: ~1–5 business days
FedEx Ground: ~1–5 business days
DHL (domestic): ~1–5 business days
Order Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 48 hours, Monday–Friday, after payment is verified.
Orders received by 3:00 PM EST may ship the same day.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We ship internationally using the following carriers:

Important Notes:
International buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs, and brokerage fees.
These fees are not included in your order total and are due upon delivery.
All customs/import fees are non-refundable, even if an order is refused or returned.
USPS Priority Mail International: ~6–10 business days
UPS International (Saver / Expedited): ~3–10 business days
FedEx International Economy/Priority: ~3–8 business days
DHL Express Worldwide: ~2–7 business days
Some products may not be eligible for international delivery. If this affects your order, we’ll notify you via email.
Orders containing backordered or preorder items will ship once all items are available.
To request a partial shipment, email sales@tundraglobe.com and we’ll ship in-stock items immediately and the rest when available.
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an invalid address, incorrect info, or refusal, the customer is responsible for:
Return shipping fees
20% restocking fee
Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer once the item is handed to the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for any lost or damaged packages.
To cancel an order before it ships, contact us at sales@tundraglobe.com.
Once shipped, your order may only be canceled or returned under the terms of our Return Policy.
Canceled or refused shipments:
Subject to a 20% restocking fee
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Reshipping due to address errors will incur a 20% processing fee plus additional shipping charges
Returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return claims must be made within 2 business days of delivery for missing items.
If your package is damaged in transit (via UPS, USPS, or FedEx):
Do not refuse delivery. Instead, contact us first at 561-320-7425.
Inspect all packages and note visible damage before signing.
Keep all packaging and documents for claims.
Notify us and the carrier within 2 business days.
We will assist you in filing a claim and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the damage is confirmed and documented, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Shipping does not occur on weekends or major holidays.
Delays may occur due to high volumes or carrier service issues.
Orders placed during holiday periods may require extra time to process and deliver.
Orders with mismatched billing/shipping addresses or unverifiable contact info may experience additional delays.

Buyer’s remorse refers to a change of mind after an order is placed — such as ordering the wrong item, deciding you no longer need the product, or changing your preference.
Due to the nature of our business, which includes specialty, custom, and direct-from-manufacturer items:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse.
All sales are final once processed.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or recalled.
Canceled orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy if they have already entered the shipping process.

If you refuse delivery due to buyer’s remorse:
