The HEL Performance range of adapters and fittings presents a versatile solution for routing fluid lines such as Fuel, Oil, and Water across a vast range of applications throughout the Motorsport and Automotive industry. Our fittings and adapters are widely embraced as the industry standard in high-performance applications, where fluid systems are required to challenge intense pressures, extreme temperatures and demanding conditions. Every component, from Aluminium hose ends to Stainless Steel bleed nipples, has been CNC machined using premium materials, delivering exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear. This commitment guarantees longevity and unwavering durability, even amidst the most demanding automotive environments.
The HEL Performance hose finisher enhances the appearance of any braided hose and is simply secured on the end of the hose using a reliable Stainless Steel worm drive clamp. Designed to properly distribute clamping load and avoids any distortion of the internal rubber hose shape during installation. Offering an easy installation, our hose finishers push on over the external braid of the hose and the worm drive requires fastening.
When cutting braided rubber hose, it is common that the over braid can fray on the cut edge and can be sharp to touch as well as looking untidy. Our hose finishers have been designed to mirror the appearance of AN hose ends and are a perfect alternative to common standard hose clamps.
Please note, our range of hose finishers are only compatible with braided rubber hose, silicone hose and standard rubber hose. They are not compatible with any PTFE internally lined hose. This is due to the clamping force required and that the PTFE lining cannot be clamped to form a secure and leak-free seal.
Manufactured from 6061-T6 Aluminium, our fittings and adapters are available in a hard-wearing anodised Black finish.
