The HEL Performance Nissan Skyline braided hydraulic handbrake line kit has been manufactured in-house, assembled, and machine-crimped directly onto high-quality stainless steel braided hose ensuring an exact match to your standard brake hoses. Each HEL hydro handbrake line kit arrives complete with every essential component, resulting in a smooth and straightforward installation.

Most commonly used in drift and rally cars, these braided lines streamline the integration of an aftermarket hydraulic handbrake, delivering a highly responsive, firm, and powerful braking force to the rear wheels when required. Designed to accommodate both ABS and non-ABS equipped cars, our kit includes the appropriate master cylinder fittings specifically for your vehicle model. In replacement of the OEM under-chassis hardline, these lines are simply routed from the master cylinder or ABS pump to the hydraulic handbrake, and onward to the factory rear t-piece fitting, directing brake fluid to the rear brake calipers.

During the assembly process, as the hose fitting and ferrule are swaged onto the hose, the PTFE inner core is pushed into three internal grooves. These grooves are dual-purpose: they form internal sealing o-rings and they enable the free and secure rotation of the fittings post-hydraulic swaging. This innovative design not only maintains the integrity of the hose but also guarantees that the fittings remain securely in place. In bespoke applications, this promotes the ability to cleverly rotate the fittings whilst in position to finesse the fitment. The hose ferrule features an internally located locking groove, which securely aligns with a channel on the hose fitting. Once swaged together, this mechanism ensures that the hose fitting will never detach from the hose.
