White Base - Best used for bold and light colors (pastels, yellows, florals, etc)
Neutral Base - Best used for shimmers and glitters (including neutrals colors)
How-To:
1. Apply Pigment Base Eyeshadow Primer on bare lids and smooth out with finger.
2. Let dry and then apply desired shadow.
