This blouse has beautiful star embroidery designs, and a button down front with a tie neck that is not adjustable but can be tied or left undone per style. The sleeves are long short sleeves with a lot of drape and ruffles at the hem. The bottom hem of the top also has ruffles at the hem. This blouse also has back straps that can tie and be adjusted for a custom fit as desired.
