Recording in stunning 4K UHD @ 30FPS or 2K QHD @ 60FPS, thanks to its 8MP Sony STARVIS 2 IMX 678 Sensor and a 158° field of view. 

With the new Sony STARVIS 2 technology, the Thinkware U3000 has improved low-light performance and contrast, provides high resolution and clarity, while also lowering power consumption in parking mode.

Free CPL filter included, effective in minimizing reflections and glares so that more details is preserved.

Notes

EXT Port: To connect an external GPS (useful in cases where there is a heat reflective film or heated front windscreen that may screen the GPS signal from the camera)

BATT Port: For the iVolt Xtra (it comes with a communication cable that plugs in to this port to allow the dash cam to verbally tell you about the battery's status)

The Thinkware Hardwiring Kit may be purchased separately if hardwiring is preferred. A Spliced Thinkware Hardwire Kit is required if you are connecting to a dash cam battery pack, which will be provided by default if purchased bundled with the U300, but will otherwise need to be purchased seperately. You can also choose the IROAD OBD cable, which is fully compatible.

Thinkware OBD Compatibility

The Thinkware OBDII cable has been updated to a new version, which has been found to be compatible with nearly all vehicles (except Tesla). EVs, Hybrids, and standard Gas vehicles are all compatible with the Thinkware OBD cable.
